Install Tirandarr's Tech&Magic 1.12.2

Step 1

1.5.4a is the first of a planned two part expansion to our baubles options, as i feel the mod has great potential but is underutilized outside of thaumcraft. Since our magic is astral sorcery, thaumcraft does not get utilized here.
