How much memory Project OMNIUS need to be ran without crashing? i use 7 GB of my pc and it crashes a lot.

Some 32 bit operating systems can't run project OMNIUS due to how many mods there are.

Did you update java 8 and have both the 32 and 64 bit? Sometimes minecraft needs both for some games.
