I know, I'm sorry, we are working on a way to fix it. I am currently very busy with school though and can't help right this minute. One glitch we have noticed is there might be biome id conflicts with Chromaticraft and a bug with chicken chunks. A theoretical solution we haven't explored is that by adding Chromaticraft it is trying to load over actively loaded chunks and the chunk loaders are preventing this from happen. You could remove Chromaticraft and try going into your world and removing chunk loaders, or remove chicken chunks temporarily. I'm dealing with this problem myself, and if you want i could provide a link for the old server download if you don't mind the changes.
