Have you considered having a public Tekxit Discord channel? You could upload the files to there, provided they are small enough (probably aren't, but still worth a shot).

Hey Slayer, I downloaded and ran your Texkit 2 official server but no one can craft any Tinker's construct items. It works fine on singleplayer but on our server we cannot craft. Any ideas as to why?
