Hi there guys having some login issues with the technic launcher can anyone help?

Hey this might not be the appropriate place, but thank you so much for hosting shazbot syndicate. It's been fucking awesome to listen to whenever I go on bike rides.

After it says that I try to do it in my normal minecraft launcher It wont let me log in with my minecraft username but my email account

Ive had the launcher before and it has worked fine but after the update Im told to log into my minecraft account So I do but it says invalid credentials
