i cant connect to the server it keeps saying "Connection refused: connect" please help

the commands do not work it says you do not have permission

Mjra, on the enchanted oasis server, me and halo341 keep crashing when trying to join. This may be b/c i placed a betterstorage crate, and I'd like you to destroy it. It's in my house, and if you can, go to my /home or halo's /home.

Is a problem when they need help or if there is a griefer or if someone was griefed i could ban them for 1 hour under u permission of course.

um......my brother placed down one of the brooms and anytime he tries to get on, he gets booted off. I tried to kill it, but the same thing happened to me and we think it crashed the whole server.....how do we fix this?
