Install Yogbox 2.0

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Yogbox 2.0) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Yogbox 2.0 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Yogbox 2.0 Version 7.4.3

created by FireController1847 on Minecraft 1.12.2 using Technic Solder

Yogbox 2.0 updated to version 6.4.8

- Somehow Journeymap is refusing to download, so I fixed it.
- Optifine was still available, which it shouldn't be now.

Well that didn't work. I updated my Yogbox 2.0 from 6.4.6 to 6.4.8 (didn't appear that I had a choice), and now all my mobs are slow and gittery. I mean they move for like 1/4 of a second, then stop for a 1/4 of a second, then move again for 1/4 of a second, and so on. I move normally, unless I'm riding a mob, and then I get gittery too. And when I mine, there is often a delay now before blocks break. And Technic is only allowing me to use that 6.4.8 version now. Help!

Interesting. It seems better now. It took a while, but things finally sped up.

Oh, I think I see what's happening. It gets slow again when I go back to my group of Norman villages. I think the problem may be coming from the fact that with 6.4.6, even though it would say multiple villages were active, I noticed they really weren't (no progress was being made on buildings, etc.), unless I was super-close to them. Now with 6.4.8 they really do stay active, so I have 3 or 4 Norman villages doing things at the same time. I can further see that's true as there has always been a glitch in one of the outer villages, where there are constant errors on updating Robert Bernhard. I used to only see those errors when I was right inside that village, but now I see them at quite a distance (almost 2 villages over). So I guess all the work going on in all the villages at once is slowing things down a bit.

Uhm, it was probably not this at all, actually. It was most likely the fact OptiFine was completely removed from the modpack. You now must manually reinstall optifine using the instructions under "help".
