Voltz Works Fine on 2.0.4, But When I Update It To 3.1.2 The Launcher Just Opens Up Again, Whats Up?

How do I install other versions because theres a server in 1.7.10 and I cant join it because everytime I launch im in like 1.5 (or forgot the 3rd number)

same problem! btw to get to 1.6.4 go to the options and use the latest version, but i have no idea how to get 1.7/1.8

When I launch my server it has red numbers like my MC is out of date. How do I fix this, or find the older version of Voltz-Server?

Ive been having this problem with modpacks, i join a server, and every 5-30 seconds i get kicked.

Is anyone else having issues with their servers recently? I have a 'family' of servers, all seem to run fine except my Voltz one. The batch file runs and seems to boot up fine, but I cannot connect via local LAN IP or via web IP.
Any suggestions?

If it helps I have been reading the crash reports (without falling asleep!) and found this at the end of the script .... [ForgeModLoader] Fatal errors were detected during the transition from SERVER_ABOUT_TO_START to SERVER_STARTING. Loading cannot continue
Looks like your missing the Lib files, here ill give you a link, place these files in the Lib folder of your server and it should work perfectly https://www.dropbox.com/s/atg5g738qjq3kel/place%20in%20.lib.zip?dl=0

Edit the start.bat and change the xmxes to 1g
Voltz refuses to open, keep getting sent back to the launch screen. This is not the only mod pack that does this. There are several That I had before that worked but now when I try to play them, I get sent back to the launcher.

Same here, I work fine on 2.0.4 (recomended) but it closes and opens again if I update it to 3.1.2 (Latest)

I have no cule whats going on but i can find it here but the luancher wont and last time i played it singleplayer i got all kinds of missles fired from out of no where at me? anyone else with that problem?
