Install The Cozy Fox Pack (BU Edition)

This is the "before-update" version of the Cozy Fox Pack, a Minecraft modpack. Inspiration has been taken from RCFO/PNFX's "The Fox Pack" 1 and 2, but this is in no way, shape, or form "The Fox Pack 3".
