Install The 1.7.10 Pack

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (The 1.7.10 Pack) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select The 1.7.10 Pack from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

There is no official server... But we're unable to start our server because i've been locked out of the Console and am the only other person that knows how to use it. but we'll get it up asap

It means that you have bad Java Settings on your computer.

Hey man I was wondering if you had thought about adding Ars Magica 2 and Advanced Solars to the pack. I think they would be great additions.

Why will my LAN server not work. I get a message that says, "Java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host" and it will not show my friends LAN Server. I was trying to connect via direct connect. Please help. I saw the EULA thing on the overview and how I was supposed to turn it to true. So I am not sure that has any connection and if so where do I find it.

I'm not sure about the NoRoute Issue but if you havent accepted eula for server files it might not be running at all.. Just go to where your running the SERVER from and Read/Update the eula.txt file. It is set as false by default so it has to be done once and only on the server side.

it is very nice to join at the offical Server, the guys who Play on it, says: You are not welcome, and the wrote other , where i dont wont replay. This is not fun!

The Server and the Client Mods are different. Please update both.

You can use the latest version of the client, it's just not set to recommended.

Ya I've been using 1.6a for client and server since it was released without issue so far. Fresh world though which helps

When I create a private server, I get this error saying I am unable to join because I have different mods?

You need to have the same version of the pack, the recommended is v0.7.5.
