Ugh, Not sure if this is the place to post.
But a new Update for the Witchery Mod has come out and it adds vampires and all this cool stuff and I was wondering how soon you would be updating it.
And the version is actually for 1.7.10 (just updated).
He said the next pack update would be on March 16th, so I imagine witchery will be getting the update then.

I hit 'play' on the launcher and it started to start up, but then it went back to the launcher. I am on java 7. Any help?

The Hardcore Questing Mode?
I don't think it starts until you actually open a quest...
But if you mean making so you're not banned after a limited amount of deaths....

Hey, i really think you should take a look at Draconic Evolution, it's a very cool mod that i think would fit The 1.7.10 Pack ;)

Looking forward to the next update of this pack, lots of cool mod updates in the past week. Bibliocraft and Witchery to name a few!
I have the full list. You can expect the update to hit in the 16/03.
May I ask why you dont include optifine? Its very difficult for someone with no modding experience to find it out :P Although I am doing it now.

Optifine doesn't allow their mod to be included in modpacks.

I thought I read somewhere that this pack makes a separate world for mining/quarrying... how do I get there?

You need to build a portal to there! Look up in NEI "Mining Dimension".
It keeps allocating 3gb of RAM. I have 16gb of RAM. Seems to hamstring itself. How do I override the default 3gb?

modified the .json in the pack to make it function. I've gotz ram!
is this going to be an issue for us all as i cant run the sphax pack x128 due to ram exceeded, i have 16 gb of ram and allocated 12 gb but it will not work ?
The 128x Sphax won't be able to load anyway. Old MC 1.7 Vanilla issues.
I would actually suggest you remove this feature. Not that it's a terrible idea. It's just Tek provides a simple method for users to modify the RAM based on their individual systems. So for this pack to override that, and remove one of the 'standard' features of Tek launcher just confused me.

hi it's me, if you need any ideas for mods to add to your amazing modpack some good ones would be Metalurgy 4, Ars magica 2, and Minchem. Would be awesome mods to add in the future

You can't, Cauldron is dead. There's no option to do the such unfortunately, unless you wish to write your own code for that.
