There's no config file for Mystcraft in the files. is it possible to add it?

It's in the "mystcraft" folder inside of the configs.

Make sure you're running a legitimate copy of Minecraft. If you are, try using the CurseForge version of the modpack.
Would it be possible to add this recipe (Ice - Minecraft > 9) to (= 1 Packed Ice - Minecraft > 9) then (= 1 Dense Ice - Extra Planets) instead of the default one that is (Ice - Minecraft > 9) to (=1 Dense Ice - Extra Planets)? Just as a different way to get it, I understand if not since there are other ways to get Packed Ice.

There's Blockcraftery.
Could you please add Bewitchment. It is a 1.12 mod that is very similar to Witchery which I know is not available in 1.12

Would I have to get a 4gb Ram server then?
You can run a server on your own computer if you want :)
Can I recommend adding magical crops? I'm not sure if its updated for this pack or not though.

Mystical Crops is added.
My bad I looked at 1.7.10 pack and it was magical crops on there just figured it was called the same.
No worries, many mods slightly changed their names :)

Hello, I remember that witchery was a mod that was once in the 1.7.10 pack. I would like to suggest possibly adding the mod into the 1.12.2, thanks!

Unfortunately Witchery was never updated to 1.12.2.
You could try adding bewitchment which is a 1.12 remake of witchery
Can you change B:"Chest buttons" in quark.cfg to be true? Seems like a huge QOL feature to leave out. I enabled it on my server and it seems to work fine.

This is already possible with InventoryTweaks' keybindings, so the buttons are unnecessary, but feel free to change the configs.
That mod doesn't support the features that Quark has for chests. Inventory Tweaks does not have Smart Deposit or Restock equivalents that Quark has.
Have you thought about adding the Dalek mod and Dimensional Doors?
