So...It was broken because my cPanel or whatever's public folder was cleared for no apparent reason, I re-uploaded the files (currently MK's AP servers are on their way), apparently nobody else had this issue because looking it up got me nothing.
Apparently downloads are not actually working...This is so frustrating it's swear-worthy.
Modpack downloads are now back to normal, had to switch hosting platform due to them shutting down soon. Server downloads are going to be fixed as well very soon.
Servers are now available for all my modpacks, the only catch is that Hammer Time doesn't work on servers, so you won't be able to craft Hammer Time items. No uninstallation of Hammer Time is required to play. (Let me know if any issues come up.)

v2.6.7 is broken and crashing...Until this problem is fixed (in v1.6.8 hopefully), stick with v2.6.6. (Blue gear in the top right of the launcher.)

In a week, I will be updating the pack involving removing Better Storage (found better mods), so empty your Reinforced Chests and Backpacks! The update will come on the 24th this month. (In a week.)
