Hotfix, and ExClUsIvE chococraft update by MeE. :P

- DungeonTactics version 0.14.2 > kindafixededition (I tried fixing it without the source code, best I could do is remove scroll recipe and loot stuffs.)
Configuration:
- Enabled whitelist so recurrent complex only generates in overworld. (config > reccomplex.cfg > S:universalDimensionMatcher=0)
- Changed min distance between battle towers, also tower fall destroys spawners. (config > battletowers.cfg > I:"Minimum Distance between 2 BattleTowers"=750 B:towerFallDestroysMobSpawners=true)
- Changed time it takes for chicobo to hatch, also chance for ability foods to be lower n stuff. (config > chococraft.cfg > I:eggHatchTimeTicks=14000 I:abilityFruitDungeonLootWeight=15)
