download is incredibly slow in launcher

The pack does have over a hundred mods, and many of them are not low on content (Twilight Forest, IndustrialCraft2/BuildCraft/ThermalExpansion, GalactiCraft + add ons, Tinker's Construct+Natura, Botania, and ThaumCraft probably are some of the bigger ones)
btw the downloadserver for the modpack is located in germany. 0,8gbit network.
why is so many type of redwood trees in modpack? and why anyone remove redwood type 7x7 or the biggest one?.
There are different kinds of redwoods because different mods add them, and each mod adds items under a different subsection. Also very difficult to make the mods cut out certain trees from world generation outside the CONFIG files.
Everytime I try to load the modpacks, technic launcher loads and closes up, then it pop's up again. I have 3 Gb ram dedicated and java 64x bits, tried to downgrade java, still cant open the modpack.

I click on play, show it me louding screen and throw it me on the Technic Launcher

You need to install 64 bit java and select it in the launcher, set memory to 2 or 3 GB.
give it more ram to run. Try 4gb
So in the new update some EMC values are going crazy, Artifice cobble variants have values in the thousands (~8,042 or a similar value) and certain recipies involving mob heads (especially from Ender IO) suddenly have EMC values between 4 and 10.

Strange, Ill look into this for you.
I dont seem to be having the same issue as you but Ill keep an eye out.
So this is still happening, and the weird ones are Gyshals (pink turnip things from ChocoCraft). The plants have 7 EMC, and the seeds have around 2,800 each.... you can craft 1 plant into 3 seeds too....
can anyone tell me how I can get 2.19 back, I´m playing on a server that is running on that update and the host is not planning on updating soon

2.19 was completely erased on my end due to the lighting issue it has, its a botched version so I scrapped it. 2.20 fixes the lighting issue and a crafting issue so thats the version I can supply.
Hey i just want to inform me if you have any clue how long do you need to fix that shader bug? Or is that just a client sideed bug and i need it to fix it by myself? :o

The "shader bug" (I'm guessing you mean the bug where mined out blocks don't update their SKYLIGHT values when exposed) seems to be somewhat client side in the pack, it goes away simply by reloading the chunks. (F3+A in some minecraft versions)

Theres a link on the overview page for tekxit 2.
I have some lighting or shader problems.
Whenever i dig into the ground or replace any blocks the surface of neighbouring blocks stays black/verrrry dark. the lighting of these blocks only gets updated when logging out and in again.
i tried removing betterfps and use optifine and tried with different graphic settings without improving the situation.
How can i make my minecraft update the shadows/lighting of blocks and show the expected light?

I have to research this issue to see whats going on, right now I have no clue.

I want to convert my EU energy to MJ, but the Power Converters mod doesn't have the BC consumer and producer blocks. I don't know if the mod needs to be updated or something... Also, the Forestry mod would be a workaround for this specific task, as it includes an Electrical Engine

BC uses RF power, same with Galacticraft. They just pretend they don't use RF by having a different name on the item discriptions.
Guys, i cant connect to my server because the modpack on the technik launcher is on version 2.19 and the modpack on aternos in on 2.18...

I know Dimensional Doors has been removed from the mudpack but is there something I could use as a portal to link distant areas together with a common hub point?

Add more memory if you havnt yet.
Doesn't contain all the hexxit mods, contains almost all of them BESIDES THE ONLY TWO I WANT!!!(dimensional doors and harken scythes XD)

DD is unstable for 1.7.10 and Harken isn't even out for 1.7.10

Hey guys, I am making a server but it is really not ready for public. I'm looking for good builders and a staff team. Currently, the server is hosted on my PC and I will open the server when I can. I also am going to send you the world file so you can continue in offline or host the server and keep doing togheter.

I am unable to play with this newest update, there is extreme lag and my game keeps crashing. Could you make it available to use the last version of the pack? Otherwise, this is a great modpack with a bunch of great mods!

Yeah, same with me, but my game just won't load my singleplayer world. Otherwise, love this pack!!

You can try adding more RAM/Memory available in the technic launcher. or if that doesnt work see below.
If you are having performance issues download OptiFine 1.7.10 HD U E3 at http://optifine.net/downloads and put it in your mods folder. Click "Modpack Options" in the technic launcher, click open, you will see the mods folder there.
Great work so far! We're really enjoying our private Tekxit 2 server. One question, as I'm not 100% familiar with all the included modpacks.. Is there anything similar to Hexxit's "Soul Tether" enchant? We'd like the ability to keep our treasures after death, basically.

Soul Tether is an enchantment added by LegendGear. It is not present in the modpack due to the creator not wanting it in modpacks for whatever reason.
please add walia and vein miner ... so nice otherwise
