Balancing update and new additions!
-Nerfed Katar aura to 5.
-Added Hardcore Ender Expansion.
-Added Advanced Solar Panels.
-Added Aether 2.

It is recommended server admins remove the projecte mod for balance.

the modpack is completely bug, neither me nor my friends happens to launch it on the download its -20000% indicator for the progression and then come the screenshot message from Foxingkat

I'm having some issues with downloading the update, 2.16. It keeps saying something about some http://download674.mediafire.com(etc.) I've tried uninstalling the entire modpack and reinstalling it, that didn't work however, nor did uninstalling the entire technic modpack, I could use some help.
