Im Encountering a major problem when I put a drum in a liquid transposer it goes into negative values after it hits zero and fills the tank of the liquid transposer with negative values as well if anyone knows a fix to this problem or knows more about it tell me I am currently playing the recommended version of Tekkit by the way.

Are you using your minecraft username or email? If you are using your username and you haven't migrated your account to a Mojang account do so now and then sign in with your email, for signing in with your username is no longer supported.
why i cant download the technic launcher?? it repeat the "invalid credentials"

it did this to me as well, then i figured out that mods that you put on the modpack that are not for the version of minecraft that is running on tekkit or that are not extracted correctly, will interfere with the core mods and the creator-inserted mods and will make minecraft not run well or in your case crash........ Its like trying to run a torrent without the torrent downloader :) that the best i can compare it to...... hope this helps!

Or you just need to allow more memory to your launcher.
Continuing to receive the same error message due to Kaspersky mistakenly recognizing any & all modpacks from Tekkit as a virus. I read the forums, however I cannot access my settings to the AV due to Parental Controls locking it down(aka-password is needed).
CMD Error:

If parental controls aren't allowing you to change the settings you need there is very little you can do. I'm assuming that your parents know the password because of the "parental controls", so just ask them to let you do what you need to.

Tekkit is only compatible for Minecraft 1.6.4 -No later.
they need to consider updates -.-
I am looking to host a Tekkit Lan server for my house, but not quite sure how, can anybody help? (the forums won't send me confirmation email.) I do have the tekkit server v1.2.9g file, but not sure what to do with it. The Google seems to be bad help at the moment, perfering to send me to the changelog page for tekkit.

The tekkit server v1.2.9g file is a zip file. this file needs to be unzipped before you can use the files inside. You can unzip this folder by using any unzipping program (I use 7zip which can be found at http://www.7-zip.org/download.html). When you unzip the folder put it in a place where you can find and access it. Then inside of the folder launch Tekkit.jar to start your server.

What I do when i connecting to my server and server write me BAD LOGIN?
Try exiting Minecraft and the technic launcher, make sure you aren't logged in anywhere else, then log in again.

you should add the mod that has the emc chest in it its very usefull also you should add mo' creatures and morph mod

Hi... My tekkit is fine and I have no problems apart from errrrm.. nothing! :D
Can someone tell me what's going on? My tekkit kept crashing for random reasons so I tried deleting and reinstalling it. Every time I try to install tekkit, I get an error that it couldn't delete chickencore. How do I deal with this and install tekkit again?
