how can you play tekkit with out dowload it because it takes 3 hours to download

You can't play any modpack, or game, without downloading it. You'll just have to wait those 3 hours. I reccomend running large downloads overnight.

it takes so long for me to just load a world is this normal?

Loading times may vary on different pc's due to hardware requirements. if you are experiencing long loading time there is not much you can do about it besides upgrading your pc's hardware. processor, hard drive, ssd for example. If not that then try closing background tasks and applications through your task manager.

Computercraft advansed computers don't work on modpack any version above version 2.9f (2.9f does work and is the one I use) they just say multishell error and immediately shut down

I'd be very happy if you could implement IC2, because my friends and me really think that this is a very important part of tekkti, but we don't want to play tekkit light, so we would be very thankful if you could do that :D

I see everyone wants tekkit 1.7, thaumcraft, tinkers construct, open blocks? Well i have read through the requests and made TEKIS! It has all of these things and more! Even Lucky blocks to liven things up!
