Install Technical Expertise

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Technical Expertise) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Technical Expertise from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Back in 1.12.2, Minecraft was very different. Vanilla has added so many great features that completely change the game from what it was before. This pack seeks to explore Minecraft if it had more of an industrial or techno theme to it, before the newer features were added. It builds off of the classic vanilla world with its many temples, pretty blocks, and fun exploration, by adding new ways to aquire the many resources you find in the world, and new advanced items that will help along the way.

The big addition is Galacticraft, which enables the player to explore space and new worlds as a reward for investing in better technology. You don't have to go though, you can just play regular Minecraft, with a jetpack so you don't fall. Or giant ore processors so you don't need to mine as much. Or teleporters so you don't have to travel so far. Whatever it is the fantasy world of today's Minecraft can't bring you, science can!

Latest Update

This modpack is at a clean 100 mods! I don't plan on adding any new content, however I may make config adjustments or possibly fix significant problems if they arise.
