I can’t use TCR because it crashes just at the end of mojang intalling screen. I use java 7 2Gs mac os x
Try updating to java 8 and see if the error re-produces

The official server is up, it's on the main menu after having launched the game. I'm not sure about any other servers
Hi Tencao! I love your modpack. I like the nostalgia mixed with the new excitement. I was wondering, though, if you would perhaps be interested in helping me with my own modpack, and receive credit for what you do. I'd like to, but honestly, with handling this pack, the server, and constantly trying to fix each tiny bug, I simply dont have the free time to help

We decided against that, as you already have the DM and RM pickaxe that basically do exactly that.
I load it up which takes like a year and it just quits and im back at the technic launcher screen.How can i stop this?

We need any crash reports in order to help you. Send us the latest crash report in the crash-report folder on http://tcreborn.co if there's nothing in that folder, send us your latest.log from your mod foler. Paste them into pastebin.com, and post them on http://tcreborn.co in the bug reports section with a short description of the problem.
am i the only one whose modpack takes at least 10 minsutes to launch? it runs solid at 60 fps but takes ages to launch. its just this modpack. is there a reason?

This is because the resource manager reloads twice which lengthens the startup time, we have no control over this and have tried to make start up as fast as possible.
no no i understand that. but i play lan with two other people with laptops whose combined power cant compare to mine and yet they start up the game in about 2 mins. mine literally takes upwards of 15-20 minutes. weve had to switch who hosts the lan world because of this issue.
Oh, and i'd like to see ThaumCraft here too, it would be perfect...
Sadly Thaumcraft wasn't in Tekkit, and since this is a revival pack, it won't be added here. But, fret not, we have a second modpack in the works that we've already decided to put thaumcraft in.
I Highly Recommend Changing the CompactSolars for Advanced Solar Panels, which has the same function, but is less laggy, more functional, and work in night-time.

There is crazy EMC duplicating with a rolling machine, some copper, and a little BC engine. The standard rails have crazy EMC compared to the copper used to make them.

This was resolved in the latest patch. Rails emc was originally removed with railcraft recipe change, but I tried to add them back in. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all the methods of making them, so I removed the rail emc value
When i try to play TCR Classic Reborn, it loads but then it doesn't start Minecraft

why did you broadcast on the server to get this one
The old one was taken down for unknown reasons, so this is the new one from now on
