Added the final piece to thermal expansion. Also added simply jetpacks, forbidden magic, thaumic tinkerer.
Removed familiars for causing "Block jumping".
Hopefully this is the last update for a while, certainly the last update that warrants a world restart, hooray for lost progress! DX

Fixed issue with mekanism, their download site is faulty.

Changed spider model to off by default (see help to turn it back on) for server compatibility (it works on servers but causes some skin issues.

Removed optifine for 1.7.10, seems to be the one causing texture issues. Re-added chisel.
