This is a very large pack and you will need a decent computer to be ble to run in. A good rule of thumb is that if you run FTB Infinity will all the mods added then you should be good with this pack. You will want to do two things to ensure it runs properly
1. Give the launcher 3 or 4 gigs of memory.

To install the pack you need to click the "Install this modepack" button over on the right and copy the URL it gives you. In the launcher you paste that into "Add pack or search" unde the "Modpacks" section.
