One more thing and then I'll stop spamming the comments. RLCraft has changed something within me. You see, I was once overlord over the three Minecraft realms. Vanilla, Bukkit, Tekkit classic, Tekkit lite, Tekkit space, FTB... just a few hours' learning curve for each new aspect introduced, and I was back to overlord. Nothing was ever too hard to master. No creeper, zombie, blaze, dragon, or custom mob could scare me anymore. And even if one did, I knew it wouldn't take long to figure out how stupid it really is. In RLCraft, for the first time in many years, I find myself at the bottom of the food chain. Actually, I feel exactly like I felt when survival mode was introduced to the game back in the day. I always remembered fondly being a Minecraft noob. Before there were beds, before I knew how to properly light my house, before all of this was a mechanized process within my mind, walking around the world Minecraft I always knew my work could be terminated at any point by a sneaky creeper that came literally out of thin air. RLCraft has given me the ability to be a complete noob again, and although it's really testing my anger limits, I welcome it wholeheartedly. (Do you REALLY have to point out that rage is incoming? That really doesn't help dude) I've been playing for five days and I have not been able to build a single structure. I'm barely hanging on to a village spawn point that I've already lost once because I broke my bed fighting a baby zombie and then died. To a baby zombie. A baby. Zombie. I never learned to read the stars so I don't know left from down without crafting a compass. Which always ends up getting taken by somebody. Lol @ my face when I realized coordinates were gone and all the pretty pictures I took with debug mode on were useless and I will never get to visit those places without randomly stumbling upon them. Being a noob, being angry at a videogame, feeling hot and cold with your character, as well as the plethora of beautiful new sights to witness and the fact that I finally figured out how to get shaders to work, have made this modpack one of the best and most realistic first-time gaming experiences in my life. The shaders alone make the world look like you took a half a hit of acid, and then there's nothing but trippy shit happening to you. Like that time a giant sea serpent got stuck inside my boat and I had to move because she covered most of the boat. Or like that time I was being kidnapped by a giant bird and pulled by a mermaid at the same time. Like, what the FUDGE is this?! I just want to hug Mr. Shivaxi and all of the mod devs for making this into a thing that exists. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Not to add to the list of complaints, but why does mining a jungle door return 2 jungle doors? :I Other than that I'm actually pleased with the update. Granted I only started playing 2 days before and all I lost was my maka barn, but this update made the game much more playable for me. Trees chop down instantly instead of the 5-10 second delay between me chopping it and it falling. PS: as for Optifine, I just copied it from my 2.5 backup, but y'all can just get it from Optifine, it's got all the versions

particles disappear completely occasionally, but very prominent when screwing around in creative mode (could be caused by creating too many)

Poor modpack, would've been cool if you actually kept the older versions. Feels so wrong to play on the same map without like 13 mods :/ Also, you completely removed Optifine. Should test things before releasing them, dude! Don't run through projects blindly, ask your people!

I agree, this modpack has a lot of potential but non of it is being used. there are too many bugs and the game is unplayable unless you use keep inventory, It also takes too long to level up your skills. I bet the creator of this modpack is just some rich 13 year old trying to get as much attention as possible by taping together a bundle of mods and paying people to call it "Possibly the best modpack for minecraft"

Overseer3600... WHAT?! I'm not sure what you mean by keep inventory but I've been playing with default settings (other than adding shaders) just fine, both 2.5 and 2.6 versions. Why don't you PM me with specific complaints? Perhaps we can figure out if you got something set up wrong or something. I want you to experience the same magic I'm experiencing. As for the bugs, well I haven't personally found any that make the game unplayable. The most annoying one is doors drop 2 doors when mined, but that's a light dupe that won't alter my gameplay much unless I decide to exploit it to build a castle of doors or some crazy shit. Not gonna lie that could come in pretty useful in this game, but I'll remain legit for my own sanity.
