Robot Rainbow updated to version 1.9

Fixed a number of mistakes with custom and dynamic recipes.
Added a very important comma to sounds.json in Grimoire of Gaia, there should be more monster sounds now.
Fixed some problems with the breeze resource pack to do with unexpected characters in filenames which caused some .WAV files not to be compressed into .oggs and hence not found and also some simply misnamed files.
Fixed some issues with missing/misnamed textures in both texture packs.
Added some medium-resolution textures for Botania as a test (so far so good)
Fixed/updated some bad/old EnderIO config settings.
Fixed some texture/model problems with Pneumaticcraft (not all)
Got the block model working for Charcoal block (but not the inventory one:( )
