I love this Modpack!!
my friend and i want to make a private server but the server download button gives me a 404 not found error, any suggestions?

Hello, been playing a private server for the modpack but every once and a while me and my friend get kicked from the server with the message "internal exception java.io.ioexception: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" and here is what the console says: http://puu.sh/idHmb/b4a5274bfd.png any help as to what is wrong?
Usually that's a general "you disconnected due to unstable connection" error. For example if the internet the server is running on is unstable, or the ping of the connecting players is unusually high. It's basically a severe form of lagging out. Any way you can check/stabilize the internet connection on all ends?
wat version of minecraft does this play on bc wanted to add some of my own mods

if you have the problem that you are going back to the launcher install java 64-bite. than you go to launcher options -> java settings and put the memory on 4GB.

there are spawn eggs so there are dinos
I may be wrong (correct here if so haha) but I think you have to breed them from fossils you find in the ground, they aren't naturally spawning?

So I've been seeing a lot of posts about the gaming crashing while launching. I'm having the same problem with mine. I've done the suggested actions to try and make it work but it wont. Is that because I am playing on a mac? or is there a bug that is making it like this?

You're at least the second maybe third to say this on a mac...maybe there is an incompatibility issue with macs? i couldn't say as I don't own or have access to one sorry.
No that isn't it because I use a mac and it works perfectly for me every time
are some of the dinosaurs tameable?

I think maybe there's some conflict with flan's mod and malisisdoors. The recipe for sliding trapdoor and helicopter blades seems to be the same, and it renders the helicopter blades uncraftable.

You should add Fossils and Archaeology Revival mod, and add a Sphax texture patch.

That has been answered previously, but in short this modpack (jurassicraft) is a replacement for that, so will not be added
whenever i launch it this happens in the lower left corner of the screen it is the normal minecraft launch screen an then the rest is black or white. How do i fix this?

See the posts below please :) some others have had this and it was fixed by what was suggested so have a look and comment in the longer crash replies feed if its no good :)
the Modpacks API doesnt work. it wont let me find it in Technic Launcher

when i get to pages 63/64 in NEI i crash, its avoidable but annoying.
For some reason whenever I try to play, it says that there is an error and Minecraft has run out of memory. Please help!

Guys please post in the comments below so they are all together, also what Ram you have technic using, Java version etc
