why cant I mega evolve my pokemon

i think a cool way to battle would be to add in stats a count of how many pokemon it has defeated without help from other pokemon and u need a certian ammount to do it becus u need to have a strong bond and be inn complete syncronosaition

it takes forever to download and i mean FOREVER i havent been able to download it cus it takes a ahour for 10% and also PLZZZZ ADD ASH-GRENINJA AND DUSK LYCAROC(aka twilight lycanroc)
Lopunny cannot mega evolve. It's stats, type, and ability all match it's mega evolution already as well.
Synchronize does not work. Tested with and Adamant Xatu (confirmed it has synchronize as its ability) and caught 10 growlithe's, not a single one was adamant.

I can't move the camera in the battle and disabled the control camera in the config doesn't change it

There is still issue with some missing structures (some gyms, shrines etc). They dont spawn naturally as well as command struc won't summon them. Is there any way how to fix it?

Hoopa seems bugged. My brother is unable to access his PC or Ranch block, he has Hoopa in his pc. Other players have the same issue and it seems Hoopa is the common cause.
When can we expect a hotfix?
