what's the perm node for /rspawn

I'm making my own crafting dead server but i cant seem to figure out the permission node for the /rspawn command, and as the websites down, there's no way for me to figure it out. Please someone get back to me on how to do this! :)

I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this problem, but I would really like to listen to the music while playing, but I can't. Whenever I try to play multiplayer or singleplayer I can't listen to music because I turn the music up in options, but then when I get out of options it immediately turn back down by itself. I tried using /helpop but it doesn't seem like anyone is getting back to me.
