If someone can tell me how to install this Modpack that would be very helpful. Thank you
Directions on how to Install the Fairy Mod Pack:
1. Install Technic launcher
2. After installing and opening the Launcher go to the search window (upper left corner)
3. Type in “Fairy Tale” without quotes
4. Click on “Fairy Tale WoooooW” in the list that apeares
5. Go to the right bottom corner and click “Install”
6. Let it install and click “start”
7. //Remember to go into the upper right corner “launcher options” (set the java to the newest version with a minimum of 2 gb ram or higher ) //
When i hover over Install Modpack and click the link is says
Status: 404
Error: Unauthorized
oddest thing saw inside the technic launcher folder the scala files all present but still the lanche wants to grab them even tho there already there odd !!!

can't play the modpack, it stops working and closes itself before i can even get to the main menu
I would need to see a crash log. The pack works as there are people on the server right now. Make sure you have java 8 and are allocating at least 2G of RAM to the pack
It's official i cannot download this modpack ;-;
i think i may or may not have downloaded it but i'm not sure how to check cause i didn't see a difference in my mods or Modpack folders.
nother problem is now accuring :
wile trying to that the game from the launcher it goes to 8% in grabbing org.scala-lang:scala-actors-migration_2.11:1.1.0 and freezes up so tryed to find a way to fix it via web , found a page that sugested to install it manualy so i found it in the web downloaded it but have no idea in what folder it belongs , for some reason ppl in the web keep forgetting to tell where they put the org.scala-lang:scala-actors-migration_2.11:1.1.0 they just keep saying they put it in the right folder but never say what one ?

ps: tryed to copy the whole modpack to datadisc and install modpack too my win 8 still it freezes once it gets to :grabbing org.scala-lang:scala-actors-migration_2.11:1.1.0
Is this still occurring? I wouldn't even know why or where that is happening from. The org.scala is, as far, as I am aware a library that the launcher pulls. It has nothing to do with the Modpack. Perhaps it is API related with Technic itself? I would suggest posting on the forums about it maybe.
looks kinda like the launcher is pulling the files but ata very very slow rate almosed as if it was pulling with a speed of 0.000001 bit per sec so very slow since 4h ago it was at 9% and now is at 21%.
Hey Hale, this looks pretty impressive on the whole. Ace job with it, I'm seeing integration with a lot of my favorite mods and a few new ones which look pretty cool, so that's good. I do have a question regarding CustomNPCs, though- I noticed that you didn't have MorePlayerModels installed as well. I know that you can actually use that to create different models for the NPCs ingame. Is there a specific reason for not having it ingame?
We have mods that use the PlayerAPI which can conflict
4:49 pm 29.June.2015 guessing the server is down for mantinance as i am getting no connection with my work-pc atm due was working around midday today.

hummm, Still can't get on.. reinstalled it several times and it's still not working.. =[
To everyone saying that the modpack doesn't start. I cannot help you without pastebin links to the crash log. You are of the very few that the modpack does not work for which leads me to believe it is a memory allocation error. As for having to download the mods 1 by 1. No you just download it from the launcher. Its possible that the API was down at the time you tried. But once again I have not had ANY reports of people unable to download the pack and there are 15+ people on the server that get updates and everything with no issue.

Do you need to download the mods one by one or is there a way to do it all at once because when i click "Install this modpack" It does nothing even though i checked all my files. Let me know anybody.
Hale, could you help me on the server? My dragon mount is trapped in Fiore and me and everyone else cannot think of a way to get it to Bellum. I really do not want to lose it, as I lost everything getting it.
Try using the Enhanced Portals Mod?

So I looked into it, but it seems i would have to build two portals. One in bellum and one in Fiore. As you know, people cannot build in fiore. What should I do then.
We finally found a way. We used a spell in Ars Magica called appropiation and were able to transport the dragon through that.
AAH!! WHY WONT THE SCREEN WORK!! THE MUSIC WORKS BUT THE SCREEN STAYS BLACK!! HEEEELLLPPP!!
What exactly is Black the monitor screen or the MC-launcher screen?
If its your monitor then its probaly a problem with your graphics settings.
If its the MC launcher try a newer version of java or give the laucher more RAM to run ( minimum of 2 gb will work for MC) depending on your graphics-card.
i just dont know what else to try to log on with my win 8 pc have the launcher memory set at 4 GB and newest version of java 8.45 also turned of firewall and even tryed by disabeling virusscanner even the reistalling of the modpack and java isnt helping anymore to log on .with my win 7 pc at work i have no probs loging on, is there some program in the win 8 that might be surpressing the launcher from gettting a connection cos i cant keep loging on just at work due to the pc not being mobile and is stationary i cant just take it home to log on with

sometimes i get the connection bar at full green + server found but when i hit join server it goes into the logging in ..... and after about 10 - 20 seconds i get a connection lost timed out :((( guess if theres no way to resolve this i'll only be able to log on via work pc
max playtime will be 30 min too 60min tops per day
whats the ip for the server?
