Industrial Aether Pack Version 2.5

Also known as the Platypack, this modpack focuses mainly around mods that introduce new dimensions to the game (such as the Aether and Mystcraft) as well as loads of industrial-type mods (buildcraft, red power II, Industrialcraft II, Forestry, Equivalent Exchange II, ect.)

I created this pack with my own nostalgia in mind. While the highlight of my minecraft days were during the 1.4 to 1.7.3 beta era, where I would play hours every day, I had my most fun with mods in the tekkit pack for 1.2.5. This was the era of Equivalent Exchange II, of endless fun with a managable amount of quirky industrial mods. However, I also had many an adventure in the Aether realm, in which I reexperienced the feeling of first playing minecraft as I explored what felt like a brand new game. Unfortunately, I could not combine the awesome scope of the aether with my fun tekkit mods, limiting my fun possibilities. For that is why I have created this pack, to combine these two great minecraft giants into one!

I hope you enjoy this pack as much as I do, and remember, there is no such thing as too much fun.
