I can't seem to get onto the server?
and also, what does it mean by re-login at the top left? it says "can't connect to server"
I must have missed this a month ago. I'm gonna assume you don't need help with that anymore. :) If you still do however, please join our discord server. That's where 90% of our support team is at.

You must have been trying to download it while the pack was trying to update. I suggest restarting your Technic Launcher before trying again. Make sure you're on version 3.0

Yes there is, this is a server pack. There should be an IP included already so you don't need to enter one in yourself.

Was really looking forward to playing but I got a report after opening the modpack. It was during the loading part, when the Mojang logo is still present, before the main title screen, and it said a failure with Tinker's Construct prevented Minecraft from loading any further and that it would need to be removed to play. It gave a link to a crash report that wasn't clickable like it said so I don't have a crash report. If there is a way to fix this, could someone let me know?
