Hardend Survival is a modpack that was designed for the sole purpose of making Minecraft more challenging.

Hardend adds a new layer of challenging on top of the not so challenging minecraft. This modpack add thinks like:

  1. Thirst - You must always quench your thirst or you could die of dehydration.
  2. Herobrine - Herobrine mostly has little or no chance of spawning naturally, but in the off chance he does just remember to let your guard down!
  3. Darkness - There is a chance when creating your world for your world to be dark, due to a mod in-game, but thats not the scary fact we have all seen darkness before. Even at night it will be darker then normal you may not be able to see a thing. Go ahead change your brightness settings, I DARE YOU!
  4. Murderous Animals - There is a small chance of animals and other peaceful mobs trying to attack or kill you. Well, looks like I don't know what to trust anymore!
  5. Solar Apocalypse - The solar apocalypse mod ads some cool things into the game, if you select the solar apocalypse world type over time the sun will expand and start killing off everything in the world so its smart to be underground or you might burn your hand on some dirt.
  6. Zombies In Daylight - Zombies are now known to survive the daylight, and will not burn when sunlight touches them. I wonder if your fist can kill them instead.
  7. They Smell Your Fear - When you get hurt or even carry a torch in a cave or on the surface mobs can sense that and will track you down way faster and WAY sooner then normal.
  8. Hypothermia & Heatstroke - When in caves, tundra biomes, or deserts I would pay attention to the temperature, as heatstroke and hypothermia can have a catastrophic effect on your health and could possibly even kill you.
  9. Low Health - When spawning into the game for the first time your health bar will only contain 3 hearts and the more you fight the chances of increasing your health bar. You could also find heart containers and heart pieces in caves, abandoned structures, dungeons, and labyrinths.
  10. Tornado's & Weather - The entire world has weather that much we know, but a tornado, destructive storms, or events could spawn in your world at any minute, at this point I would just give up if I where you.

Well, That covers just about everything important, use the guide above at your own risk feel free to ignore it, it won't help you anyway, or will it?
