Client and Server Update:

- Adjusted Extreme Reactors combs for the forestry centrifuge.
- Adjusted Thermal Centrifugal Separator to be up to par with forestry's centrifuge.
- Slightly adjusted Chaos Shard for more player involvement. If you have set up autocrafting you wont have a lot of extra setup.
- Tidied up some recipes and CraftTweaker Scripts.
- Tweaks for some mod materials not handled by UniDict. They now go to their respective mods.
- Ensured that Black Opals and Amethysts spawning in the overworld.
- Added NuclearCraft flour to ore dictionary.
- Removed ruins from spawning in the nether and end.
- Disabled right clicking with a stick for block details from Ruins.
- Removed extraneous materials from Moar Tinkers.
- Removed Pam's Harvestcraft items without recipes, as the associated mods aren't installed.
- "Why do iron golems drop iron, but silverfish don't drop silver? Minecraft modders, explain!" -Hanz174
- Disabled several "out of place" OpenBlocks items.
- "Twilight forest penguins don't drop raw chickens, but they are technically arctic chickens." -Hanz174
- Changed Mystical Agriculture tools as a progression to bring it into line with the armor changes.
- Removed all but the Supremium Paxel from Mystical Agraditions.
- Added Black Opals and Amethysts to the loot pool of, and requirements to make, the Void Miner from Environmental Tech.
