Forge of the Ages updated to version 1.0.3

Client and Server Update:
- Adjusted some bookshelves from Natura conflicting with the vanilla Bookshelf.
- Various adjustments to crafttweaker scripts to bring them more into line with the naming convention.
- Removed scripts involving Extreme Reactors honey comb processing and added Nuclearcraft's. I didn't see uranium though. Hmm.
- Adjusted recipe regarding alloy smelter and enhanced alloy smelter further.
- Adjusted the pigiron alloying recipe to require a bit more work to get the tasty modifier, thus making farming and eating more valuable in the early-mid game.

Added the following mods:
- Doggy Talents 1.12.2-1.15.1.4.
- Better Than Mending 1.1.2. Gives the player control over when they want to mend, rather than stealing all the xp.
- Just Enough Throwing In Fluids (JETIF) 1.12.2-1.5.1.

Removed the following mods:
- Sophisticated wolves. Ended up being that the wolves weren't properly licensed, and thereby the standards determining their sophistication are in question. Future dogs will hopefully be properly licensed through the Doggy Talents association.

Updated the following mods:
- JourneyMap to 1.12.2-5.5.7.
- Rats to 3.2.5.
