Install Forge of the Ages

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Forge of the Ages) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Forge of the Ages from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Forge of the Ages updated to version 0.8

Client and Server Update:
- Dragons now spawn at least 2000 away from the world spawn.
- Quick Leaf Decay was causing server side lag and has been removed.
- Veinminer now set to require hotkey to function.
- JEI reintroduced to the server to allow the "plus" to pull recipes from jei.
- Added Morpheus allowing "vote to turn day" through sleeping in beds.
- Re-introduce copper and tin from forestry.
- Disabled Wither and Regen for infernal mobs.
- Removed Blaze Skeleton, Illiusioner Wither Skeleton, Spider Witch, and Zombie Spider Pigman from the nether.
- Added an emc value for furnaces.
