Server is (finally!) coming back online. Pixelmon is updated to 9.1.3, and since it introduces some new worldgen (Ground and Fire gyms!!) worldborder has been increased to 6500. Plus a few mods added and a few configs changed. Please let me know if you run into any problems. (There's bound to be something at this point)

Added JEI (JustEnoughItems) and Login Protection
Enchanted items/books now feature a description of their effects on their tooltips
Right-clicking beacons with their associated building blocks now automatically places those blocks underneath the beacon (any blocks that are replaced in this way will be dropped on top of the beacon)
Right-clicking conduits with their associated building blocks now automatically places those blocks in the correct locations around the conduit (blocks that are replaced in this way will be dropped on top of the conduit)
Town waystones now auto-create markers on JourneyMap
Keybinds now searchable

Repair costs for items are now fixed amounts (they'll no longer keep increasing with each repair)
Server-wide sounds made by the Wither, Wandering Trader, and by Lightning are now localized (you'll only hear them if you're near them). Ender Dragon's deathrattle is still server-wide
Right-clicking dirt with grass seeds in-hand now turns it into a grass block
Mooshrooms (red and brown) now spawn naturally in their biomes
Sounds produced in the world will have diminished volume/effect when heard through walls, liquids, etc

When breaking a scaffolding block, all other scaffolding blocks that are broken by chain-reaction will drop in the same place
Sleeping in a bed now properly heals your party Pokemon even if other players don't sleep too
(Echo) Spiders and cave spiders produce webs around them when players are nearby
(Echo) Throwing a snowball at a mob will now freeze/slow it for 3 seconds

(Oops, made a mistake with the config section)
Removed OptiFine (compatibility issues w/ Pixelmon and other mods), replaced with Rubidium/Oculus
Disabled the obnoxious arrival sound effect when teleporting using waystones
With OptiFine removed, the custom skybox - nighttime aurora borealis, shooting stars, custom moon, etc. - has been temporarily removed. Waiting for a replacement resourcepack that doesn't require OF (which is in development I'm told).
