This mod pack is demanding on your CPU, also. So much so that there really isn't a processor on the market that has enough single threaded performance to run this mod pack smoothly. The new Zen 2 chips from AMD my be the best bet if you want a completely smooth experience. Not that I'm recommending you to upgrade. Because of this, You'll have to be patient with this. Don't interact with the game AT ALL until its done loading. I would even have it load off of full screen so that it doesn't try to minimize itself if you open something else on your computer. Doing so forces the system to process extra events and it losses track of initializing the game, causing it too crash. If you get into you world. So the same until you plop into your world. And the same if you get a massive lag spike. Just take your hands of your keyboard and mouse and wait for it to catch up.

When I hover over the chests, it displayes what in there. Is there a way I can disable it? It's kinda annoying to me =/

you can turn it off in the config file. Open HoloInventory.cfg with Notepad++ (if you don't already have Notepad++ I would recommend installing it because it's free and makes things so much easier) Scroll down to the lines that read: # Set to false to prevent all entities from rendering the hologram. B:enableEntities=true Set to false. Alternatively, you can change some of the other settings and have it display only when you push a button, but I prefer to have it turned off completely myself. Whatever the last couple updates did: I can barely run my game at all, everything has suddenly slowed down and I crash more times than I can actually log in. It's very frustrating.
