made it so the file size is cut in half without removing any mods/configs and it means less bandwidth and more downloads for you all the next day. it will take longer to load for the first time due to the entire .minecraft not being in there like it use to be it will have to generate those files again.

Removed all of hats because the it caused a ram bug just randomly the ram would shoot from 1.5g to 5.7g of ram so it's not worth keeping this mod in the modpack

+removed all blitz from thermal foundation due to them being invisable
+configed lots of other things to make the ram less heavy on the pc
+ less loading time due to ram bugs being fixed
