Found Optifine is supported, no disasters or crashes occurred while running it even with heavy shaders on (just major fps drop from the shader).
Optifine is not included but is a use at own risk dealio.

Fixed loading game crash. Added NotEnoughID's than switched to JustEnoughID's as per recommended by mod creator. Lost cities won't be removed as they are working on a solution for the odd bug and to work together again. Till further notice JEID causes Lost Cities to spawn oddly or crash. Do not use that world gen till further notice.
