DegenSMP updated to version 0.4.0
Changes
- changed how the pack progressions work. This will be an ongoing update machine. Ill try not to spam updates. Ill make sure to update only if its a large change.
- Slimming down the pack bit by bit to make it more uniform and cut down on Resource load and preparing for server test.

- mob spawning and certain issues with progression

- preparing to possibly add gamestages to lock certain things to prevent speed running and leaving people behind still building a house or finding a home. (Ill give you 3 guesses and the first two don't count.)
- preparing to possibly add bad mobs to control mob spawning better because there are still some mobs that are spawning way to much
- added "Advent of Ascension" to add variety to the mobs and some more dimensions.
- missing Macaws furniture mod

- Tiny Mob farm is extremely broken so it is being removed because there are many other ways to get resources with out needing this.
- DivineRPG for there not being enough content.
