You must have "fixed for now" on your clipboard whenever you log in lol, you have to say it soo freaking often! Wish three was a simple, permanent, free solution to this...

Did you follow the procedure that I posted? If not please use that.
Reading, to change the download link (as I assume that's what you change with every complaint of not being able to download), you need to release an updated version otherwise Technic won't realize the difference and thus will not change the status from the previous link.
I did, but since the file is too big, the link will be down shortly after I fix it :S
(Message not for Hui, just a tip) To fix the damage glitch do this. Start Menu/Search %Appdata%/Hit Enter/.technic/modpacks/craziercraft-non-official/config/AoA2-2.
Now here is the harder part, try and open the file, it should say that you cant open it, hit the button that says "Open with list of installed programs" and open it. Hit Ctrl+F and type in "DMG" at the end of that line of code change the 1 to a 0. If this doesn't work please tell me and i will help.

Sorry for asking again i just really wanna play the modpack ive tried downloading it for like 4 days and it still doesnt work.
We are sorry it doesn't work, I can't give you much advice on this but the modpack author will try his best to help you on this situation.

When I create a server how do I make it generate Biomes O Plenty biomes? When I start up the world it only has vanilla biomes.

Go to the World setting, that place you choose superflat of amplified or whatever, click a couple times and you will find the biome O plenty option :D
To use Bimes O' Plenty on a multiplayer server, go to the sertver's "config" file using a text editing software, then change the argument for "worldtype" from "default" to "BIOMESOP"
