Updated forge to recommended, and every mod to most recent. Hopefully will fix some crashes. Had to take out better foliage sadly, but the mod hates new versions of forge (and new forge is necessary to fix the problems).

Totally revamped into a new modpack/server. Now 1.12.2, has less mods bulking it up, but includes new city building mechanics.
