Install CityMaker

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (CityMaker) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select CityMaker from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Frequently asked questions 1. Is there a server version available for this modpack? A: Yes.

2. I see a white screen but still hear ingame sounds A: We currently have a few Java 8 issues. Please update your JAVA to a 64bit version IF YOUR PC CAN RUN IT, if not please try to get a older version otherwise make a new ticket in our Discord server or in the discuss page

3. Can i make my own version out of your modpack? A: Ofcourse! Why not? If you've given me the credits for building the original modpack its all good!

4. My modpack crashes (version 3.0.0) A: Follow this steps

  1. Make a backup of your worlds
  2. Remove the entire modpack
  3. Downlaod it again
  4. Go to %appdata% and put your worlds back in "saves" (if not exists create it)
  5. Change your technic settings to 6gb RAM (or higher) and Java 1.8
