Anarcanum Version 2.6

The mods in this pack add to the impact of chunkloading in minecraft version 1.12.2. This modpack uses additional mod tools to help with optimization, but it is recommended that users make sure to edit their video settings, particularly in the performance area, before loading the game for the first time.

Set your launcher java settings to a minimum of 3GB, and a maximum of 1/2 your overall RAM (For example, on a system with 16GB of RAM, do not allocate more than 8GB of RAM).

After you install the game and hit Play in the technic launcher, the mod loader will load and begin to set up the minecraft session. On most systems this takes about 2-4 minutes.

When you see the main menu for the first time, it is recommended that you set up your video settings here first. Click: Options > Video Settings, and you'll want to edit two primary areas--Quality and Performance. Most Quality settings can be whatever works for your computer, but make sure "Anisotropic Filtering" is set to Off. If you need to change this setting, it will stall your system for a short time, so just click once and wait.

This will ensure the best launch and gameplay experience. From there, click Done and enter a singleplayer or multiplayer game.

The game will take a hot minute to load when you enter the map, so please be patient. It has been thoroughly tested, and should be quite playable with a bit of video setting manipulation. If your computer can handle it, I recommend keeping fancy details and animations to make the world look prettier.
