**I will assume you have read this page entirely when attempting to give support, so please read the entire page.**

Notice: I recommend at least 3 GB of RAM for this pack. If you can't allocate more than 1 GB in the Launcher Settings, then please install 64 bit Java 8: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

32-bit Operating Systems will not be able to run 64-bit Java environments

Also, please make sure your Java is updated to the most current version and your launcher is using the latest version before asking for help. This pack will always be compatible with the most current update of Java 8.

If all of that is in order, and you have a 64-bit OS with 64-bit Java, then follow these steps to increase your total RAM allocation.

1. go to "launcher settings" in the upper right corner of the launcher. If it's not there, please go to "Modpacks" tab and check again.

2. Now click on the "java settings" tab, then click the "Memory" drop down box and select either 2GB or 3GB. Then close that window, and you should be good.

Note: You can allocate more RAM if you have enough, but remember that most computers idle at 2 - 2.5 GB. So make sure your selection plus 2.5 GB isn't more than your maximum RAM.

If you need help then please follow these simple instructions.

1. Post your help request on the Overview" page of the modpack itself, not my profile feed. It helps me greatly to stay organized.

2. When possible, include a crashlog found in the modpack directory. Upload the crashlog to pastebin.com and post the link here.

3. Regardless if there's a crashlog, always include a short description of what you were attempting to do and what you observed when the pack crashed. There's no such thing as a too short or too long explaination, so long as it is detailed as possible.

4. That's it! I will try to get back to you as soon as possible, but remember I'm only one person. Please be patient :)

If You Read Any Of The Following, Please Read to The Very End:

Hello all, and thanks for supporting my modpack! I just have a few things I want to make clear, though I was hoping I'd never have to do this and it pains me that I have to. Then we'll move on to pleasant business, I promise :)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Ugly Business: I really like to be polite and kind as possible, so I don't want to sound rude when saying anything I am about to say, so please just know that that's not my intention when reading this.

I pride myself in providing quick, reliable service when it comes to updates, testing, help requests, and incompatibilities. Lately I have been getting some "not very nice" posts (that have been removed) about me taking a day or more to reply to some requests, or not updating things quick enough, etc. Not that I should have to provide excuses for this, but I have some very limited internet access as well as a small data cap per month that is also juggled between other modpacks, work, and my social life. If I do not respond/update right away, please be patient, as I can promise I will eventually do so ASAP. Also, please remember that I do have a life outside of modding, as well as a very loving family and friends of whom I will not sacrifice time with in exchange for Minecraft. You are all very important to me, but my loved ones are more important. I trust you all understand.

Also, it pains me to have to say this but I will not be walked all over. Attitude here will get you no where, as I will not indulge it with even a response. However, that does not mean that if I don't respond to you that I think you're giving an attitude. I like to respond as often as possible and love chatting with the nice people here even if, as stated earlier, it takes me a while to respond. However, If you blatantly give me an attitude, you will be ignored, reported, and your rude post will be removed. If you give an attitude to another user here, for no good reason, you will be reported and the post will be removed. There is no situation in life where being a jerk is necessary.

Now switching gears to the technical side, I never release a modpack version without extensive testing by me and my small team of independent testers (14 to be exact). I am not saying that bugs can't happen or something doesn't break, etc. so if you have an issue please report it and I'll do my best to help. I just want everyone to know that my packs are tested and found to be in 100% working condition when they are released. Our testing method is as follows:

1. Launch; check log before creating world.

2. create world; check log before doing anything.

3. using NEI, place all items included at least once checking the console after every placement. Also, test all world dimensions (if any mod worlds are added) checking the console as in step 2

4. Open LAN and have another tester join (mostly done independently by testers who have more than one computer); and create multiplayer server and have multiple people join (usually done by multiple computer owning testers, and by testers with friends who help out)

5. Report findings, issues etcetera, and include any and all logs (including crashlogs) in an E-Mail to head developer (Me)

6. If issues are present, repeat process after they have been corrected.

7. repeat as necassary

As you can see, we have a very in depth testing protocol and no room for false info. So when I say we release working packs with no ID Conflicts, world clipping, data leak etc. I mean that across multiple computers, on multiple OS (including Mac, Win 8 & 8.1, Win 7, and Vista), who all got the exact same file from the exact same location that everyone else gets it. Again, I'm not calling anyone a liar or anything of the sort. If you have an issue please contact me, I more than welcome it. But again, I feel it may be necessary for some people to realize that you have an issue, please check Java update and what version the launcher is using first and if you still need help, include a crashlog. Starting very soon I will not be responding to help requests without a crashlog. There are too many variables for me to be able to help you without that log.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Pleasant business: I value every one of you who have supported this pack with utmost regard. Seriously, thank you all so so very much for the support and the nice words of encouragement. I also want to thank you people who reported issues and for helping me figure out some solutions to problems and such. I like to think of all of you as my friends (or treasured acquaintances if you prefer) and I couldn't be more thankful for each and every single supporter. Again, thank you so much! You'll never know how much it means to me as I could never put it into words :)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Brief Apology: I hope I didn't make anyone uncomfortable with this post, and again I value you all highly and love talking with, getting suggestions from, and helping each and every one of you. I just feel it necessary to create this section so I don't have to repeat myself, and so I don't have to speak with the blatant jerks Lol :)

Again, I love providing these packs, and love speaking and otherwise interacting with all of you very nice people and all the others on this site, and I aim to do just that for a long time to come. Thanks for reading all of this to the end, and as always, Happy Crafting! :)
