Install ACE Minecraft

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (ACE Minecraft) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select ACE Minecraft from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

I have yet to download this mod, but only because Technic says that there was an error, please consult the modpack author. But I think I know what the problem is; I watched a tutorial on how to create a modpack and the guy said to change the "0" at the end to a "1" and to change the "www" in "www.dropbox.com" to a "dl" so that is says "dl.dropbox.com". There was a link in the box saying that there was an error, and I read it, and the only think you didn't seem to do was change the "www" to "dl". Now, I don't know for certain if that is the problem 'cause it seems like others are using it fine, but just thought I'd let you know as I was really looking forward to this modpack :)

He man, i want to say something: 1. i really like your modpack. 2. i sometime's have the problem that the pack crashes and says minecraft has run out of memory? can you fix that or isn't that from the modpack and last: i got another sugestion for a mod to add: the transformers mod. i would really like that. but again: nice modpack, compliments.

Thanks, man, for your support! The "out of memory" problem isn't from the modpack. (Whoo hoo!) All you have to do is click "Launcher Options" in the Technic launcher and go to Java settings. If you have the newest java installed, you can set your RAM to 2 or more GB. That will solve the problem. If you don't have the newest java installed, then that's the first step for you. And as for the Transformers mod, it's a GREAT idea, trust me, but since this modpack is soon to have a server, the Transformers armors are a little to OP for every player. The factions and ranks system that we are planning would be messed up if everyone had those armors, so that's why we chose not to include the Transformers mod. Feel free to install it for yourself, though, to play on singleplayer worlds!
