Simplify: A Hint of Vanilla

I played around with the new version of the mod and realised that you'd added Adventure Backpacks 2, and noticed that I couldn't equip any of the backpacks, despite the mod author clearly stating that some packshad equip only effects. Also, recently I've tried to load a current world and it crashes, but I don't see a crash report screen. If it happens more I'll try and locate them, but I'm sure it's a bit of luck to starting it. Whenever I download this mod pack, I get an error saying, "failed to download http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/com/typesafe/config/1.2.1/config-1.2.1.jar" Whenever I type this into my web browser, I get "Error 404". I made sure everything was typed correctly. The strange thing is that I even had my brother send me the mod pack files and it still doesn't work on mine.
