in 10.6 the update forced mekanism to use steel in its enriched alloy recipie and there is no feesable way to make actual steel as all steel smealting recipies will smealt into refined iron and therefore broke my server

on multiplayer servers there is a glitch with the enhanced enchanting table that will say that you "do not own this item" with gear that I just crafted. this completely removes modifying enchanting gear. Also the steel issue that other person mentioned with it literally not being obtainable. you can't even smelt steel ore with a furnace. And one that might not be able to be fixed, my friend had a crash just after I left the twilight forest (He was the host) and it erased my character. spawned with not even saved hats or morphs. nothing. I suspect that I must have gone through during an autosave and that's why but it's still a real painful one to experience. (my friend just adding some of the ones he noticed) Spawning Golems or portal sentry turrets can make them consume the item and not spawn the entity.
