There could be a server version and it would be quite easy

And right now Technic launcher is saying error downloading from your dropbox link so you might need to fix that....your modpack is impossible to run

I'm not sure if it has worked, but I've re-done the link. Hoping to eventually find something more reliable long-term than Dropbox.
