we set up the server that was set for download... i have no idea... but if you want i can record a vid of the setup and send it to you... i wont be able to join my own server though... this laptop is on its last legs... actually i could try...
but what you should do is as simple as this... start the server once first... let it generate configs and this is the most important file. An idfix.txt... now in the modpack files copy the configs to the config file (which you have already probably done) and now copy the idfix.txt in the main directory... no mods folder, no config folder... directly in the modpack folder. run both server and modpack. try to connect. and viola! and you may or may not have to get rid of gc... idk that posed an issue for us but...
