Install The Farming Life

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (The Farming Life) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select The Farming Life from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

I love the farming for survival platform, BUT... whenever you place a torch, it starts a fire and that sucks when you try to light up a village or your own shelter. Also, when converting to cheats (gamemode 1) you cannot select an item and it transfers to you to use, it goes directly into the visual as to how to create that item. So if yoiu wanted block of wood to build a house, it wont deposit the wood blocks to your inventory, it just goes to some formula scenario. Totally cool mod, just tweak the torches and getting blocks of items when coverted to cheat mode.
